Ver gorgeous painting. I sort of like the background as it is now, all plain. But if you want to texture it id say, sand or grubble (how ever that spells)

i think i will hovel in a corner now at your great skill
im not kidding thats amazing well freaking done
my sugestion for the arm is that you use the same technic you used with the arcrylic maybe to brighten highly lighhted places this should break the contrast with the bright arm on the right i think it only needs a tiny brighter on the arm on the left side. the skirt i very well done and looks .. spainish i think like a dancers dress very nice
but dont worry its a minor thing its beutiful and an emotive

um, I think you mean gravel?
yeah I can see what you mean..
agree with NOT filling it, or just using a massively muted and blurred bg to emphasise the foreground motion
:iconshadowlady:
Yes, gravel that's it (thanks) ;)
I picture this woman sort of falling over. Reason unknown.

..like snot :D

something else just occured to me, you could bring out just one section of the floorboards/carpet just in front of the hands, cos you know what its like when you do sneeze, or fall or something, theres this highly charged purely focused focal point to what you see and the rest is streaked motion.
